Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is a stealth game developed and published by Konami Digital Entertainment. Despite “V” in the name, it is actually the ninth game in the Metal Gear series. The Phantom Pain is an open-world game set in Afghanistan during its war with the Soviets. This appropriately mountainous terrain can be traversed on foot, horseback, or via a vehicle. His mercenary group, Militaires Sans Frontieres, was destroyed nine years ago. However, during his pursuit, he will also discover a sinister plot, leaving him with no choice but to get involved.
