GUNDAM BREAKER 4 is a hack-n-slash / action game by Bandai Namco Entertainment. Set in the Gundam universe, the game was designed to appease the existing fans of the franchise. There’s enough exposition to ensure new players are not confused, but realistically, this should not be anyone’s introduction to the series. But if you are a Gundam fan… boy, you’re in for a treat. The main focus of GUNDAM BREAKER 4 is on creating your own mecha robots, which this game calls “Gunpla”. Players start the game with a decent amount of items – robot frames, guns, melee weapons, and other detachable parts – which could be combined together to create your own unique Gunpla. Then, this robot can be put to the test against other players or computer-controlled opponents. These fights provide the player with an opportunity to gain new parts by cleanly slicing them off the enemy. Thanks to this intriguing progression system, as well as many seasonal events, GUNDAM BREAKER 4 has the potential to stay interesting for many long hours of gameplay. Sadly, this game doesn’t have a Mac version, but this is not an insurmountable issue. The guide below lists several easy ways to play GUNDAM BREAKER 4 on Mac.

How to play SMITE 2 on Mac
SMITE 2 is a MOBA game from Titan Forge Games. Much like the first game, it is based on ancient mythology and features a third-person perspective. Of course, it features plenty of innovative features – otherwise players would have no reason to play the sequel. For example, the item system in SMITE 2 received a major overhaul, while hero stats have been streamlined. This change makes it easier to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each hero; hopefully, this will help new players perform better. However, SMITE 2 also includes a brand-new balancing system for ranked play, so capable players no longer have to worry about playing with “noobs”. Sadly, it’s not all sunshine and daisies. Unlike the first game – which features 130 playable characters – SMITE 2 has only 23. That is because the game is still in Early Access; it is obvious that the roster will expand over time. But this game also has another problem, one that the developers will probably never address. If you’re reading this, you already know what this problem is – it’s the lack of Mac support. Thankfully, you can deal with this issue on your own; the guide below describes several unofficial ways to play SMITE 2 on Mac.

Squirrel with a Gun is a “simulation” game by Dee Dee Creations LLC. The name of the game is very descriptive; it indeed puts you in a role of a squirrel which inexplicably developed the ability to use guns. It is now up to you to use this ability… wisely. Your overall goal is to collect all golden acorns scattered throughout the world; most are hidden behind complex puzzle rooms or boss-level enemies. But, much like in other “simulation” games, much of its appeal comes from the open-world experience, the potential to terrorize the neighborhood and get up to some questionably-sane fun. Many of the reviews describe this game as a better Goat Simulator, believe it or not. Its only flaw is that it’s fairly short, but the play time can be extended by completing side quests and collecting outfits. The developers also intend to add more content in the future; this game will only get better as time goes on. So, don’t hesitate, and buy Squirrel with a Gun today! Although it is not available on Mac, you can play it anyway by using certain third-party programs. The guide below provides more information on these.

CarX Street is an open-world racing game developed by CarX Technologies, LLC. The game is set in Sunset City, presented as a “paradise for street racers”, thanks to all the convenient ramps, winding roads, and wide highways. But the biggest advantage of Sunset City is the existence of “StreetNET”, a mobile app which organizes races and other competitions (like car battles). The winners earn cash prizes and increase their ranking in the racing league; both of these are needed to gain access to better cars. Alongside competitive activities, you can also complete delivery quests or simply explore the city. Avid players of racing games might be already familiar with this game, as it debuted more than two years ago as a mobile exclusive. But the developers gave us a compelling reason to revisit CarX Street now that it released on PC. Unlike the mobile version, which used a free-to-play model, the PC version doesn’t have any microtransactions. As such, the overall experience is much more pleasant – though you will have to pay 20 dollars to access it in the first place. Sadly, CarX Technologies did not port their game to Mac, but it’s possible to work around that. In the guide below, we list several easy ways to play CarX Street on Mac.

Visions of Mana is a Japanese RPG game developed by Square Enix. It continues the long-running Mana series, which is well-known both in Japan and internationally. The game follows a group of people on a pilgrimage to the Tree of Mana, which maintains magical energy of the entire world. And while some people feel that Visions of Mana is too long – the game takes about 40 hours to complete – it does take its time to explore each character, delve into their past, and showcase their growth as a person. The gameplay is perhaps even more remarkable than the story. Combat is fast-paced and fun, but it also has plenty of depth thanks to the game’s complex build system. Over the course of the game, you will accumulate special items called Elemental Vessels. When equipped, they provide your party members with special powerful abilities. Each character-vessel combination produces a unique result; as such, you have access to a lot of moves, but can only use a fraction of them in any given fight. It’s worth noting that you will need to use a special tool to play Visions of Mana on Mac, since the game doesn’t officially support this platform. Read the guide below to learn about your options.

Concord is a multiplayer-based first-person shooter developed by Firewalk Studios. More specifically, it is a hero shooter: you will shoot your way through the galaxy as one of the quirky Freegunners. Sixteen playable characters are available so far, and it’s highly likely that more will be added in the future. That said, Concord has a decent amount of content even at launch; it has twelve maps and six game modes. All of them are team-based modes, with two teams and five players on each side. Despite this, all of the modes feel distinct and interesting. For example, “Area Control” tasks the teams with capturing and holding a set amount of zones on the map. On the other hand, “Cargo Run” is a mode in which the teams compete to secure a package and deliver it to a pre-determined point. Essentially, it’s an interesting variation of “Capture the Flag”, in which only one flag is available. Then there’s “Trophy Hunt”, which is a variation of team deathmatch. In this mode, killing the players on the other team is not good enough; you will also need to grab their “bounty cards” in order to score. The game was released only for PS5 and PC, but there are unofficial ways to play Concord on Mac. The guide below lists several easy options.

Madden NFL 25 is a game dedicated to simulating the sport known as American football. Developed by Tiburon in partnership with Electronic Arts, this game is the latest installment in EA SPORTS Madden NFL series. It boasts many innovative features; the most notable of them is a physics-based tackling system. This change makes games more exciting and dynamic, since success of each move no longer depends on just a couple of stats. There are some graphical improvements as well. For example, “BOOM Tech” allows the game to create new animations on the fly. Thanks to it, Madden NFL 25 looks significantly more realistic. Finally, the famous Hit Stick mechanic was rebalanced. In this iteration, Hit Stick-based tackles are harder to pull off, but they are also far less essential. Overall, the game is a solid entry in the series, and improves on its predecessor in pretty much every way. Sadly, Electronic Arts continues to ignore Mac as a platform, and this game is not officially available on it. But there are several ways to play Madden NFL 25 on Mac unofficially; learn about them by reading the guide below.

Black Myth: Wukong is an Action-RPG developed by Game Science. Set in ancient China, the game takes inspiration from “Journey to the West” – a classic Chinese novel. As such, Western players might miss some obscure references, but the main story is easy enough to follow. Playing as an upright-walking monkey called “the Destined One”, you will be tasked with collecting six great relics of Wukong. In a very Souls-like fashion, this largely means that you’ll have to explore the game’s world and challenge its various bosses (who typically take form of gigantic animals). Naturally, these fights were made to be very, very difficult… and what’s more, you will not be able to adjust the difficulty options. That is because Black Myth: Wukong has none; you’re either good enough to play this game, or not. Considering how popular the game is, many players are up for the challenge. The only question is: are you? Our guide explains how to play Black Myth: Wukong on Mac, so you will be able to test your abilities even if you don’t have a console or a Windows PC.

Sins of a Solar Empire II is a strategy game developed by Ironclad Games Corporation. Set in a sci-fi universe, the game portrays the struggle of three distinct factions as they vie for the control of the galaxy. Although it advertises itself as a 4X, this is not entirely accurate; combat is far more important than other gameplay mechanics. Much like in an RTS, research and economy exist exclusively to support the war effort. But that doesn’t mean that Sins II is simple. It’s no Stellaris, sure, but there’s plenty of things to do. Micromanaging your fleets during combat can make a real difference, and so can unit customization. There are minor factions you can either fight or ally with, and the game even provides peaceful ways to deal with your enemies. One particularly interesting feature is the dynamic galaxy. This means that the structure of the galaxy changes over time, which also changes the tactical situation on the battlefield. So, even though Sins of a Solar Empire II seems easy at first, there’s plenty of depth to entertain even the most seasoned master. Unfortunately, the game does not have a Mac version, but, despite this, there are several ways to play Sins of a Solar Empire II on Mac. Read the guide below to learn more about those.

Fields of Mistria is a farming sim game developed by NPC Studio. Despite the intense competition in this genre, this game manages to stand out from the rest. For one, Fields of Mistria is very stylish. Its pixelated graphics will remind older players of Game Boy Advance, while the character portraits are done in a style of an old anime. The soundtrack is also quite good, though obviously, people tend to care more about gameplay mechanics. Thankfully, Mistria is full of content. Even in its current Early Access state, the game features farming, animal husbandry, fishing, interior decorating, combat, and tons of locations to explore. The villagers deserve a special mention; the conversations always feel natural, and there is a lot of them. In many farming sims, talking to your neighbors often feels like a daily chore; you either do it for gameplay rewards, or don’t do it at all. Fields of Mistria, on the other hand, keeps the dialogue interesting enough to make you come back on your own. And, of course, this game has many special events, too. It does not have a macOS version, however, so you will need to use a third-party program to play Fields of Mistria on Mac. Learn more about this process by reading the guide below.
