Nova: Iron Galaxy is a space game telling a story of humanity colonizing a part of the universe named the Renney Sector, located extremely far away from civilization. Because of this, the group sent to colonize the sector split off, establishing its own government. Totalitarian in nature, it is led by so-called “Supreme Leader Andolini”, and doesn’t have a name other than The Republic.
The Republic has several enemies, the biggest of which is called Coterminal. It is a coalition of alien species native to the Renney Sector. They cannot match the might of the human civilization as a whole, but the fact that The Republic is a splinter faction that does not receive support from Earth gave them a real fighting chance.
Fairly evenly matched, the Republic and Coterminal engaged in battle after battle – but neither side was able to gain much ground. The conflict drew on and on, until eventually, an unexpected supernova explosion shook things up. Both sides’ military capabilities were severely crippled by the explosion, necessitating recovery.
This is where your journey begins. As a Commander of a Republican space station, you are instrumental to this recovery effort. You will have to build a fleet of powerful warships and command them in combat, as well as scale up your station’s industrial capabilities.
The game, sadly, is only available on iOS and Android. With the help of third-party software, however, you can play Nova: Iron Galaxy on PC as well – read the guide below to learn more. Some of these options can also be used to play Nova: Iron Galaxy on Mac.

Note: According to our research, playing Nova: Iron Galaxy on an M1 (M2, M3) Mac may cause a temporary or permanent account ban in the game, that is why it is recommended to play with the secondary account or as a guest.
As you may already know, M Macs (latest Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, Mac Mini, iMac) are able to run many iOS apps and games on MacOS. If for apps it can be useful because many iPad and iPhone apps are very advanced and suitable for desktop usage, in gaming this is just magic. - On your Mac go to Mac App Store and click on your profile in the bottom left corner.
