Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night is a metroidvania game developed by ArtPlay. In this fantasy world, you will take on a role of Miriam, a cursed woman whose body is slowly turning into a crystal. Instead of trying to introduce new mechanics, or spice things up by mixing in elements from some other genre, ArtPlay attempted – quite successfully – to simply deliver a good metroidvania experience.
