Iron Harvest is a real-time strategy game with a focus on singleplayer. It has been developed by KING Art and published by Prime Matter. Set in alternate 1920s, the game features a strong dieselpunk aesthetic.
Some might say that it’s quite improbable that nations all over the world would suddenly develop diesel-powered mecha suits, especially as they’re recovering from the Great War. And mecha suits don’t really make sense anyway, I mean, have you ever heard of square-cube law? Why put legs on a tank when you can give it tracks? Iron Harvest has a simple answer to these complains; however improbable, the idea is fun. This is where the arguments end and mecha-powered action begins.
A mysterious force is plotting to take over the world, and so, war-ravaged Europe has no choice but to fight once more. Iron giants will march through the devastated landscapes and liberate Europe over the course of three singleplayer campaigns. Iron Harvest also provides a unique option, to play through these campaigns in co-op mode instead.
