Developed by Experiment 1001, Biomutant is an action/RPG with an open world full of adventures. The game sets its plot in a post-apocalyptic world, which was struck by a natural disaster putting the Tree of Life under extinction. Players are given a chance to control the main character, a raccoon-like creature able to change its skills and look using mutation, biomechanical prostheses, and weapons. The world requires all of your effort and knowledge to fix the disaster and heal each root of the tree. The road to go through is full of challenging pieces as you will be forced to fight with other creatures and bosses slowing your path. During development, Biomutant creators had been inspired by Kung-fu, which now enables the players to master various fighting techniques along with next-level mutations like telekinesis or levitation. Biomutant is known for constantly changing branches of plot based on players’ decisions. This makes people participate and affect future events by themselves. Biomutant is developed on Unreal Engine 4 and is currently available across Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Because there is no Mac officially present around this list, some third-party technologies managed to propose a solution regardless.
